The generous head provides a lot of forgiveness right across the face and some good distance too. We liked the look of the club behind the ball at address and visually the colour scheme is pleasing to the eye.
The M version of the Cobra LD driver is aimed to generate distance for players with moderate ball speeds and our testers who fall into that category thought that the driver lived up to those claims.
As usual with Cobra drivers, they are a little on the noisy side and the draw bias on the head will suit those players who play with a fade. If you hit it straight or draw it then this is probably not the version for you.
Apart from that we can’t really fault this club as the performance is great and the price is competitive.
