How To Act Like A Golfer (Part 1)

Hey, you don’t have to be some kind of unfun, silent robot out on the golf course. Enjoy yourself, but do it in a way that doesn’t make you stick out for one of these glaring etiquette mistakes. With help from Kathryn Newton, you can be the person everybody wants to play with—no matter what you shoot.

What You Need to Know:

• Everybody has bad holes, but if you’re ready to play when it’s your turn and keep up the pace, nobody will mind.

• Whether you’re grinding away trying to shoot your career low round or just busy making four or five extra practice swings, you’ll wear your partners out if you take five minutes to play every shot.

• Golf is supposed to be fun, and there’s nothing wrong with a fist pump when you do something good. But be aware of your surroundings and try to avoid making noise when somebody else is over the ball and ready to play.
