The head seems larger even though it is the same size and that gives you a lot of confidence at address. The off-centre hits were very forgiving and the sound and feel at impact was excellent.
The composite head with the stronger graphite crown has allowed weight to be re-distributed around the head to good effect and it feels much more lively to hit than the MP-001.
Priced at a sensible level, this is a great value club and Mizuno should be on to another winner with the Mizuno MX-500 driver.
