Ping 2006 Moon Lite Golf Bag Review – The Ping Moon Lite golf bag is certainly the lightest golf bag we have ever seen.
It probably won’t hold out much rain, but the fabric and base seem very durable and the bag can take a full set of clubs. The unique hinge design the enables the strap to stand vertically when the bag is on the ground makes picking up the Moon Lite a doddle.
As usual with Ping bags, they have put a lot of thought into the pockets and the main pocket is generous for the type of bag and the small, separate valuables pocket is a great additional feature.

The only minor complaints would be the lack of an umbrella loop at the foot of the bag and the strap could be a little more padded, not that it is uncomfortable. Apart from that we reckon the Ping Moon Lite golf bag is the best lightweight pencil bag around.
